  1. That DE was pretty clean. The piston usually gets carbon built up and should be noted for cleaning. I don't get the concept of a bore snake where the barrel is easily accessible. When pulling there's no mopping of the bore by the snake. The brass bristles will loosen up the deposits and then patches should be used to do the cleaning. I don't get why you'd want anything but the 50AE round as that's what the DE is all about for me.
