We owe a big ‘sorry’ to those of you who have not been able to access the Kirby Owners Club website
recently. As well as an apology, we think you deserve an explanation, and the
facts are very simple.
The Kirby Owners Club has always been a family matter. It was founded and
directed by Steve Ratcliffe - Steve was also my partner in life.
Steve recently died suddenly and I asked a trusted colleague to continue to help
run things to ensure that our legendry service did not suffer.
Put simply, the ‘trusted colleague’ immediately set about ‘cloning’ the Kirby Owners Club website pages to create rival ‘kirbyclub’ style websites. Although I am happy to stress that not a penny was lost to any
customer, we have been temporarily unable to take any new orders until now.
The good news is that there are still ‘proper’ people around and help has come from so many of them to re-establish the webs
leading source all things
‘Kirby’. Re-financed, re-charged, re-invigorated, and restored as a family run
business, Kirby Owners Club enters its second decade of web trading stronger
than ever. With the best prices as standard, and special deals for our loyal
customers, I offer my personal
